Snow Plowing

Peak Property offers a variety of snow plowing services.  We have heavy duty trucks with Boss V-Plows, a tractor with a snow plow and bucket or your standard snow blower that is great for large walkways.  As a homeowner, you can reduce the cost of our services by being mindful of the items listed below.  Plow services continue from year to year for existing residential customers, but your welcome to contact us anytime.

Plowing in the Northwoods can be very challenging due to the lake effect snow which often occurs.  For this reason, we require plowing after every 6" of accumulation.  It is very difficult to plow occasionally due to the surface melting and re-freezing, which happens frequently up here.  In order to prevent damage to our trucks we will make the best decision given the circumstances.  In the event of a major storm, or a large amount of accumulation, we may suggest you hire someone with a Bobcat or Front End Loader to remove the snow.

In 2014 we ran out of places to push the snow.  This was mostly due to very small driveways, landscaping and tree blockage...etc.   Please keep more than one area open for snow to be pushed and along both sides of the entire driveway.  It's also helpful to mark the septic areas & wells.

Gravel driveways-  We will not plow a gravel drive if the ground is not frozen.  It can cause considerable damage to your lawn and driveway, and it is hard on the plow.  If you want us to plow and Graham feels the ground is too soft, we will require authorization from you in WRITING, relinquishing us from damage, before we can plow.

Roof shoveling services are available for small homes and garages.
