Pier installation begins as soon as the ice has gone out and water temperatures have begun to rise.  Due to the large volume of customers who have Docks, this is our priority for Spring and early Summer.  (Existing customers should contact us each year by April 1 regarding installs.  You can email graham@mckaypeak.com or call 715-542-3215).

We strive to complete the install based on our Customers' requests, however due to the weather, lake challenges and distance from our location, we may need to delay the install.

Putting in Docks is very tough work, and often requires several people to ensure a proper job is done and to avoid injury to us.  In 2014 we did a comparison of other companies in our area providing this service and found we we're significantly lower.  Therefore, all of our Customers' will be notified in writing of our price increase for 2015.  This increase helps to pay for wages, transportation and waders/boots.  If you have not received an email or letter by April 1, please contact us right away.

Pier Removal is handled much the same way as installation.  Often times we will complete your Fall Cleanup, shutdown, etc (if we do any of those services for you) and also remove the pier at the same time to alleviate multiple trips.  We will do our best to accomodate your schedule, however it is our right to remove all Pier's by October 10th due to weather conditions that can arise quickly.
